With a limited company you must have a registered address. This address is used for legal purposes such as the Companies House register, but it can also mean that you have your home address freely available and some rental properties do not allow the address to be used as a registered office. Therefore it can be a good idea to use a specialist service as your registered address and remove the hassle of sorting through post or exposing your personal home address.

Dolan Accountancy offer a Registered office service to help in this situation for an annual fee of £105+VAT. Not only will you be able to use our address on your limited company records, but any post which arrives at our office will be opened and scanned/emailed to the Director. If the Director requires the original post, we can forward this to their personal address, which is included within the annual fee. We will also dispose of any spam/junk post.
