IR35 Advice for Contractors

IR35 was introduced in April 2000 to combat disguised employment. It affects every contract you carry out, which is why during your initial contact with Dolan Accountancy, we will work with you to determine your status.

If you do fall Inside of IR35, your take home pay will be less, but there are still some benefits to being a contractor. In this section we will explain the legislation in further detail and discuss the more recent changes as to how it is governed in the Public Sector.

If you would like to appoint Dolan Accountancy as your accountants, please visit our become a client page or if you have any questions about contracting or IR35 please call us on 01442 795100 or email jaime.thorpe@dolanaccountancy.com.
