A new survey has shown that as many as 87% of businesses are currently choosing to invest in coaching.
CoachHub’s 2023 Business Trends in Coaching survey found that coaching is currently among the three tools firms are using to invest in their learning and development budgets.
Of those surveyed, 44% believe that coaching helps to support professional development, performance and the learning of new skills, with 85% predicting growth in demand for managers who develop coaching skills in their organisation.
