New research has revealed that many employers are currently offering benefits that will help workers out with the cost of living.
The Totaljobs report, which analysed over 21 million job ads and surveyed over 7,600 professionals over the last 12 months, found that household bill support appeared in 68 times more job adverts in 2022 than the previous year.
Data also shows that within the same time period:
- Electric car schemes appeared eight times more.
- Instant wage access more than quadrupled.
- A four-day working week and a home working allowance more than doubled.
