More than £11 million in funding is being made available for organisations to aid those who need extra help with their tax affairs.
HMRC is launching its latest round of the Voluntary and Community Sector Grant Funding Scheme and is more than doubling the three-year grant funding allocation starting from April 2027.
Bids Start Now
Organisations can start bidding now and have until the 3rd of July 2027 to submit.
Voluntary and community sector organisations applying will need to show that they can provide independent, tailored support to customers who may experience barriers, including those who:
- Face difficulties understanding their tax obligations.
- Have complex needs.
- Are digitally excluded from accessing HMRC’s services.
