Our members tell us every day of the delays they face getting answers and action from HMRC – and the impact this is having on businesses and individuals.
“The Budget presents an opportunity to rectify this by properly investing in HMRC, improving customer service and effectiveness, and we urge the Prime Minister and Chancellor to make this a priority.”
